4th of July is quickly approaching and this DIY flower container is a quick and easy way to decorate your home for the festive holiday. Thank you to Michaels for sharing this project.
1: Paint the first Mason jar with blue craft acrylic paint. Let dry.
Step 2: Tape off the second jar with painters tape and to create stripes, then
paint with red craft acrylic paint and white craft acrylic paint. Let dry.
Step 3:Paint the third jar with white craft acrylic paint.Let dry.
Step 4:Let the jars dry for several
hours and then begin distressing the paint with fine sandpaper.
Step 5:Sand over the letters on the jar
so that they show through the paint
Step 6:Fill the jars with red, white
and blue flowers.
